Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to bars and the winter gardens, but some cleanliness issues in the room left much to be desired. The service was satisfactory, dealing with difficult situations well. The dining experience was subpar, with overpriced food. The facilities were decent, but some refurbishments are needed.
The hotel had lovely rooms with spotless bedding and towels, very comfortable beds, and a good breakfast selection. However, navigating to the room felt like a maze, the shower and TV didn't work, there was a lot of noise from neighboring rooms, and the lack of cleaning facilities left me feeling exhausted and dirty. The absence of a bedside light was inconvenient, especially when staying with a young child. The overall stay was not pleasant.
The hotel offers a great location close to popular attractions like the Winter Gardens, with friendly and welcoming service. However, the rooms are very basic and could use some maintenance, leading to noise disturbances at night. The dining options had a nice variety but lacked adequate portion sizes, and parking was inconvenient.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless and surprisingly spacious for a twin room in Blackpool. The bedding and towels were lovely, and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was good, with a variety of options to choose from, although there was a lack of information about the timing. The only downside was the noise levels at times.
The hotel is a mixed bag - the rooms were a letdown as they hadn't been properly cleaned, were small, outdated, and not well maintained, yet the bedding and towels were spotless, and the beds were cozy. The service, however, was exceptional with helpful and considerate staff. The location was perfect for my needs and very close to the seafront, but there were empty cash points nearby. The dining experience was enjoyable on most days, offering fresh and hot meals. The facilities were good but had the inconvenience of group room changes.
